G4 Care Groups are lay-led, support groups built around two nine-step models of change. G4 Care Groups provide a context for participants to invest a season of their life overcoming a life-dominating struggle of sin or suffering. With the support of their fellow group members, G4 participants work through a biblically based curriculum focused on their primary life struggle.
Learn MoreRegisterWe live in a broken world. That brokenness is evident in the heartaches and hurts of offenses done against us as well as our own offenses that we’ve committed against others. We may find ourselves in our own prison, wondering if we will ever experience true freedom. The good news is that into our broken world, God sent a Savior to bring hope in the midst of the brokenness around us. Through Jesus, there is grace, forgiveness, restoration, and freedom.
If you or someone you know is currently struggling and in need of help, there is help available through our Biblical Care Mentoring Ministry. Our mentoring is for anyone 13 and older and currently we offer biblical care mentoring to members and regular attenders of Spring Lake Church.
