The Outreach and Teaching Pastor will advance the mission and vision of Spring Lake Church by developing and equipping Spring Lakers to engage Northeastern Wisconsin with the gospel, working closely with outreach partners and missionaries to foster fruitful relationships, and being an active member of the Pastoral Teaching Team. The role also has the potential of becoming a Campus Pastor at Spring Lake Church.

The Technical Director will advance the mission and vision of Spring Lake Church by leading the Audio/Visual (A/V) aspects of both campuses, training technical volunteers towards best practices, and supporting the A/V needs of all ministries. The Technical Director will work alongside the Lead Pastor and Worship Pastor to lead all weekend and special services with technical and spiritual excellence, including preparation, thought, and intention for each service and event.

The First Impressions Coordinator will advance the mission and vision of Spring Lake Church by cultivating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our weekend services at each campus. This is done through developing volunteer leaders and teams of people to serve as greeters, ushers, and hospitality (coffee and communion).

The Childcare worker will advance the mission and vision of Spring Lake Church through the Kids Ministry by caring for children whose parents are attending Ministry Events that offer childcare.
