At Spring Lake Church, our desire is to come alongside individuals with wisdom, compassion, and biblical hope as they navigate seasons of suffering, growth, and change. Biblical Care Mentoring exists to help people live faithfully before God, mengaging the heart, mind, relationships, and lived experience of life through the lens of Scripture and the gracious work of the Holy Spirit.We believe that God, through His Word and Spirit, provides everything necessary for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3–4). Scripture remains our final authority, while we seek to apply it thoughtfully and pastorally to the complex realities people face. Our approach is relational, process-oriented, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change often unfolds over time, especially in seasons of grief, trauma, or distress.

Once you have completed the intake form, you will receive an email with information on how to schedule your initial intake conversation with Jeff Lederer, Care Pastor at Spring Lake Church. This conversation allows us to listen carefully to your story, understand your needs, and discern the best next step for your care.
During this intake conversation, we will prayerfully assess whether your next step is best served through:
-Individual/Marriage Biblical Care Mentoring
-G4 Care Groups
-Or, when appropriate, partnership with trusted, gospel-centered care providers in the Green Bay area
Our goal is to steward your time and energy well and to help guide you toward the most fitting form of care.
