John brings over 35 years of experience in the banking industry and currently serves as Vice President of Business Banking at Bank First. Throughout his career, he has specialized in commercial banking, portfolio management, business development, and credit administration, while also coaching and developing teams. An active member of Spring Lake Church since 2011, he has served on the finance committee for more than 10 years and has also been involved in the Greeter Ministry, Small Groups, and Men’s Ministry. Beyond the church, John is passionate about giving back to the Greater Green Bay community and has volunteered with organizations such as Gateway Collective, Habitat for Humanity, St. John’s Ministry, Boys & Girls Clubs, and many others.
Steve spent 27 years as a senior vice president, portfolio manager with Associated Bank Private Wealth before retiring in 2025. In his role, he was responsible for managing a variety of trust, agency, foundation, endowment, and retirement account portfolios. Prior to joining Associated Bank, Steve worked in the insurance industry for 16 years managing the fixed income portfolio at a niche property and casualty firm. He remains active in his community, is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Milwaukee, Inc. He is a past president and current treasurer for the local alumni chapter for the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Steve is also a long-time member of the finance committee at Spring Lake Church.
